1. Number of Guests Guests must respect the number of people the host has set. 2. We are pleased to inform you that the house can accommodate up to 16 guests. However, please note that certain rooms may not be available if the minimum guest requirement is not met. Room availability will be determined based on the total occupancy. 3. Check-in and Check-out Time Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times the host has set. 4. Smoking Guests must respect the no-smoking rules, which include no tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes. 5. Pets Guests may not bring pets 6. Noise Guests must respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing neighbors with excessive noise. 7. Damages Guests must treat the listing as if it were their own home and pay for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. 8. Recordings and Photographs Guests may not make commercial recordings or photographs without the host's permission. 9. Respect for the Community Guests must respect the rules of the surrounding community, such as quiet hours. 10. Follow the pool rules 11. Garbage Excess garbage must be reported and delivered to the host for proper handling.

Política de cancelamento

Strict cancellation policy: If guests cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in, they receive a full refund. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they pay 50% of all nights. If they cancel after that time, they pay 100% of all nights.
